Your Honor, this is what happened to my big brother Peter Driscal.
Peter reported a break-in because Cole Matthews had broken his way into a harmless warehouse. It was filled with Amazon packages, shoes, diamond rings and golden items. Imagine if Cole Matthews got his thieving hands on those luxury items after he trashed it? After it had blown over, Peter bragged about it at school. He told the teachers and they were going to call the police. Then when Peter took a stand to say something about it Cole said these exact words ¨I swear Peter you're dead¨.
Cole got angry and got revenge by smashing Peter's head into the sidewalk. Instead of showing mercy when Peter fell to the ground he kicked him more times in the gut. Then grabbed him by the head and smashed his face repeated times in the sidewalk about one foot away from Cole. The ground was coated in blood and baked in the sun. It had reached the point of severe brain damage
Peter is up half the night not able to go to sleep because he is reliving the attack. It's affecting him and his Mom who is taking care of him. Peter is very terrified of Cole and at the mention of Cole's name will go into shock. Peter also has brain damage causing him to walking in a difficult way. He also has bitter feelings inside. He was in the hospital for three months.
I believe my big brother should have a 150 dollars each night for medicine and therapy. Cole's punishment is 2 years on the island but Edwin would visit twice each week to make sure that Cole does not run away.
